Friends of Bawumia (FoB’08), a pressure group within the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has appointed Charles Owusu Jantuah, Esq., as its new National Chairman.
In a statement issued and signed by its Founder, Mahmoud Nassir-Deen, the group noted that Mr. Juanah has been a committed member of the NPP since 1992 and has served as a patron of FoB’08 since 2023.
According to the statement, during the 2024 general elections, Juanah demonstrated exceptional dedication and leadership by spearheading regional campaign activities and rallying strong support for the NPP across various constituencies.
Juanah is a distinguished barrister-at-law and Chairman of K-SAN Law Firm.
He is widely recognised as a leading oil and gas lawyer, as well as an accomplished international and corporate legal practitioner.
FoB’08 expressed confidence that with Mr. Juanah’s appointment as National Chairman, the movement will reach greater heights in championing its vision and supporting the aspirations of the NPP’s flagbearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
