The campaign team of Kennedy Agyapong believes it has mounted the most extensive and effective outreach effort among all contenders in the NPP’s presidential primaries, according to Kobby Amoah Esq, a special aide to the aspirant.
Amoah told the Asaase Breakfast Show on Wednesday (28 January) that Agyapong’s campaign has recorded the highest number of direct engagements with delegates across the country, supported by what he described as a strong anchor campaign structure.
“Kennedy toured the entire country, his wife covered about 70 percent of it,” he said, adding that some rival campaigns had reached fewer than half of the regions.
He argued that the scale of the operation makes it difficult for any candidate to conceal campaign activity in a delegate-based election involving about 210,000 voters.
According to Amoah, the campaign’s core message — centred on job creation, loyalty to party grassroots, and electability — has resonated strongly with delegates.
“Even people who disagree with him can clearly tell you what Kennedy stands for,” he said. “Jobs, jobs, jobs.”
He said the message has gained traction because unemployment remains the country’s biggest challenge, and Agyapong has consistently positioned himself as the candidate with the clearest plan to revive the private sector and create jobs.
